This is a stand-alone, self-paced, fifteen-hour intermediate course
on encouraging and supporting Individuals pursuing nontraditional career
paths. You will need to be connected to the Internet as you go through this
course.
Definition: A nontraditional career path leads to an occupation where one
gender comprises 25 percent or less of the total workers. And although many
occupations qualify as nontraditional, the focus of this course is high-wage
and high-skilled occupations.
